Goldschmidt Music Services
Music provides scaffolding for people to communicate regardless of age or diagnosis, and we at Goldschmidt Music Services utilize music as a vehicle for therapeutic change. Music Therapy, the practice of research-based musical interventions, is used to achieve non-musical goals with individuals and groups. Goldschmidt Music Services is working to put together an innovative strategy to provide music therapy services in the region. The business recently appointed and met with a volunteer advisory board, and continues to build a client list that includes business with Commonwealth Senior Living, Brookdale West End, and VCU's development center.

UZURV
Web and App- based reservation service for on-demand transportation. Schedule rides. Pick your driver. Since winning the Richmond Aging2.0 Global Startup Search in April 2016, we have added 63 markets to the UZURV portfolio serving 66 cities now across the US.  We have over 15000 drivers using our platform to build their business.  In addition we now serve both Lyft and Uber drivers and have included an option for riders to choose their type of service: Basic, Large, or Luxury.  We are seeing a growing interest in using UZURV from the senior community and, as a result, rising interest in learning the smartphone skills. We have held training classes in Chestervield County at their Lifelong Learning Center and have plans to put this skills training on line.  We have had Doctors and hospital Groups, Hospitality Businesses, event planners, and senior care providers coming to us for help in finding ways to improve and expand their transportation services.  We are working now to expand our offerings beyond the TNC in order to meet the needs of a broader audience.

Handizap
Our company's goal is to provide innovative, affordable products to the disabled community to help make their lives easier. We continue to sell Sixth Digits across the country and world. We've added new products to our selection as well which can be viewed at www.handizap.com. We're a few weeks away from the first working version of our gas station fueling app Fuelable. There will be more updates to come in the future.

RoundTrip
RoundTrip is a digital non-emergency patient transportation. We are going live with some pretty amazing clients in the Delaware and New Jersey area with other hospitals and transportation companies jumping on board.

Lifelong Design
Single source marketplace offering products, information and services that make the diverse daily activities of age 65+ easier and safer, without sacrificing aesthetics and style. I am continuing developing my concept, with more focus (a kind of pivot), based on feedback. I am in the process of building a web presence that I will eventually want to share.

TechStar Tutors
TechStar Tutors provides personalized one-on- one or group technology tutoring by tech-savvy college students for adults 50 years and older. We help older adults use mobile devices, computers and social media sites to stay better connected with friends and family. We have continued to bridge the technology gap by providing personalized technology lessons throughout the Richmond area. The feedback from our customers has been very positive. They are happy that this service not only supports their technology needs, but it provides a job for college students. We have expanded our customer base and are now providing individual and group lessons in 55 and older neighborhoods, assisted living facilities, senior centers, and individual homes.
